FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND GRANTS
Business adaptation: Our government has recognised that in the current climate, businesses may need to innovate and adapt their business model in order to seek new avenues of business and/or provide their products and services in a new way. Any business can apply for financial support towards business adaptation if they can demonstrate a 50% downturn in turnover since 1st March 2020 (as measured against the corresponding previous year).
Grants towards business overheads: Similarly a grant towards the demonstrated short term (i.e. 4 months) forecasted cash flow requirements of eligible business and costs which includes salaries and overheads may be available.
Note: at present the advice is that assistance under this package of support will only be available until 30th April 2021 so don't delay.
